Officer stated that he could smell alcohol on the client’s breath. Officer requested that client submit to standardized field sobriety tests (horizontal gaze nystagmus, walk and turn and one-leg stand). Client also was asked to recite the alphabet. Client arrested for DUI and cited for driving on roadway not used for traffic.

Facts(s):
